					David is incredibly thorough in his inspections and made my wife and I feel far more at ease with our upcoming first home purchase. He took the time to explain everything in detail, and helped us understand how all the systems in the house work and how to maintain them moving forward. Along with that, he generated an easy to read report on everything that needed to be addressed in the home.  On top of all of this, David is a very genuine and kind man. 					David went above and beyond to help us with a challenging home inspection. He provided us with extremely detailed reports that were categorized by minor, moderate, and major concerns, which was incredibly helpful, especially given the number of issues we had. This allowed us to work with our agent to determine which issues required the most attention. David is not only highly knowledgeable but also humble. He knew which items required additional expert opinion and made a note of it in his report. Additionally, he identified that the well at our property in the foothills would require an expert inspection, which gave us enough time to schedule it before the rejection deadline. Throughout the entire process, David was available and even checked in with us on his own. This is our third home purchase, but we have never dealt with an inspector who was so invested in ensuring his clients were taken care of. He truly cares more about his clients than his bottom line. 					This was my first time working with David, my usual guy thats helped me with all my homes moved. David did a great and thourough job inspecting all aspects of the property top to bottom. He and I chatted before hand to dicuss some of the specific items I wanted him to look out for along with some of the usual things he looks into during his process.  During the inspection, he took his time and meticulously documented the condition of the property and highlighted key issues. What I liked most about David was not only his attention to detail but how he applied his years of construction experience to provide feedback and advice for some of the issues that came up.  The inspection report itself was well organizes and full of pictures and recomendations. The report also specifically hightlighted the key issues found throughout the property. I would defnintely work with him again.
